本金鯧（黃𩶘鯧）

本金鯧（黃𩶘鯧）結實而鮮甜，皮脂及魚油豐富、嫩滑，無論煎、炒、煮、炸、燜、焗、蒸都能輕易煮出美味菜式。
「本⼟養殖」出產之魚類產品，均已徹底放血、去除鱗片及內臟，亦經消毒海水來清洗，烹調前只需解凍，用廚房紙巾抺乾表面的水份，便可使用。

解凍處理：
1.從雪藏放置到冷藏格(4度)，待約8-10小時，完全軟身後便可使用。
2.放置於室溫環境下，待約4-6小時，完全軟身後便可使用。

烹調前處理：
只需打開真空袋，用廚房紙巾抺乾表面的水份，便可烹調。
為免影響鮮味，不健議用清水清洗魚身。
