Delivery Policy

For frozen goods (frozen fish products) a single receipt consumption of $580 can enjoy free delivery (orders with consumption less than $580 will incur a uniform delivery charge of $65).
All frozen goods are delivered using SF Express's refrigerated truck service.

Due to the fact that "Fish Oil / Cooking Oil and other health products" are different from frozen fish products, they need to be delivered at room temperature and cannot be merged with other frozen products for delivery.
These types of products will be delivered at room temperature through SF Express separately. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. For "Fish Oil / Cooking Oil and other health products", a single receipt consumption of $380 can enjoy free delivery (orders with consumption less than $380 will incur a uniform delivery charge of $35).

• Delivery scope includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and some outlying island areas (including Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay).
• A text message will be sent to notify about the delivery time before delivery, please ensure a valid mobile phone number to receive the message.
• If you need to change the delivery date or delivery address, please notify 5 days before the designated delivery day. Otherwise, an additional delivery fee of $65 will be charged for rearrangement of delivery.
• Some areas only provide delivery services at specific times, for details, please visit the following URL.
• Areas with longer operating hours such as Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, airport area, container terminals, logistics companies/centres, warehouses, hotels, receiving departments, etc., are not suitable for cold home delivery.
• Government institutions (including but not limited to government joint offices, police stations), hospitals, funeral homes do not provide door-to-door delivery service, recipients need to receive at the door.
• Delivery at some addresses will require customers to meet at a designated location, such as ground floor for tenement house address and village entrance for village house address.
• Some remote areas cannot be served by refrigerated trucks, everything is subject to announcements made by SF Express company.
