Delivery Policy

Free delivery is available for all frozen goods (frozen fish products) and other health products (such as essential oils, herbal incense tablets, etc.) with a single receipt purchase of $650 or more. All goods are delivered using SF Express temperature-controlled service.

(A flat delivery fee of $65 will be charged for orders under $650)

• - Delivery areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and some outlying islands (including Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay)
• - You will receive an SMS notification regarding the delivery time before the delivery. Please ensure you have a valid mobile phone number to receive SMS messages.
• - If you need to change the delivery date or address, please notify us 5 days before the scheduled delivery date. Otherwise, an additional delivery fee of $65 will be charged for rearranging the delivery.
• - Some areas only offer delivery services during specific time slots. Please visit the following URL for details
• - Cold chain home delivery is not available for addresses with extended operating hours such as the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, airport areas, container terminals, logistics companies/centers, warehouses, hotels, and receiving departments
• - Door-to-door delivery service is not available for government institutions (including but not limited to government offices and police stations), hospitals, and funeral homes. Recipients are requested to collect at the entrance.
• - For some addresses, customers need to be arranged to collect at designated locations, such as ground floor collection for old tenement buildings and village entrance collection for village houses.
• - Refrigerated truck service is not available in some remote areas. All arrangements are subject to SF Express company announcements.
