Oil Pulling Oil (400ml)

Usage Instructions: Can be used for oil pulling morning and evening. After waking up each day, before brushing teeth or drinking water, hold approximately one tablespoon (10-15ml) of oil in mouth for 15 to 20 minutes, then spit out, rinse mouth with water, and brush teeth. After oil pulling, spit the oil onto a tissue and dispose of it in the trash bin. Please do not spit into the sink to prevent clogging.
