Tamarind Botanical Spread
Crafted from fresh mint leaves, natural Blue Gum honey, tamarind, and pineapple, this unique paste is slowly fermented with traditional Japanese Koji (rice malt). Through the fermentation process, the flavours of botanicals, fruits, and natural honey are harmoniously blended, creating a distinctive balance of sweet, tangy, refreshing, and mildly spicy notes.
The natural fruit acids of tamarind, combined with pineapple enzymes and the complex flavours developed through Koji fermentation, contribute depth and richness to the paste. Fresh mint leaves provide a vibrant herbal aroma, while cayenne pepper adds a gentle warmth and subtle spice, resulting in a well-rounded and flavourful experience.
Free from artificial colours, preservatives, and synthetic flavourings, this product preserves the natural character and authentic taste of its ingredients.
