Delivery Policy & Shipping Arrangements (Effective from April 10, 2026)

【Important Notice】

Due to adjustments in logistics costs and fuel surcharges, the minimum purchase for free delivery will be adjusted from $650 to **HK$900**, effective from April 10, 2026. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support.

🚚 Shipping Services & Charges

  • Free Delivery: Enjoy free shipping on a single order of HK$900 or above (including frozen "HK Fish" products and health products such as herbal oils and tablets).

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of HK$65 will be charged for orders under HK$900.

  • Logistics Partner: All orders are delivered via SF Cool Express to ensure the highest quality and temperature control during transit.

📍 Delivery Coverage

  • Our service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and designated outlying islands (including Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay).

  • Specific Restrictions:

    • Ineligible Locations: Cold chain delivery is not available for locations requiring long processing times, such as the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Airport areas, Container Terminals, logistics centers/warehouses, hotels, and receiving departments.

    • No Doorstep Delivery: Government buildings (including but not limited to government offices and police stations), hospitals, and funeral parlors do not support doorstep delivery. Customers must collect their orders at the main entrance.

    • Designated Collection Points: For certain addresses, collection must be made at specific spots: e.g., G/F for walk-up buildings (tong laus) or the village entrance for village houses.

    • Service availability in remote areas is subject to the latest announcements from SF Express.

📅 Delivery Process & Changes

  • Delivery Notifications: Customers are encouraged to download the SF Express App. Estimated delivery times will be pushed via the App. Please ensure the provided mobile number is valid and the App is installed to receive timely notifications and SMS updates.

  • Order Changes: If you need to change the delivery date or address, please notify us at least 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery date.

  • Rescheduling Fee: If we are not notified in time and a change or rescheduling is required, an administrative fee of HK$65 will be charged for the re-delivery arrangement.
