Description

This product contains fish, eggs, and wheat, and may also contain products derived from them.


Storage Instructions:
Store frozen at –18°C or below. When kept under proper freezing conditions, the product can maintain its quality for up to 6 months.


Cooking & Serving Instructions:

  • Thawing:
    • It is recommended to thaw the product 12–15 hours before consumption by placing it in a 4°C refrigerator to thaw naturally; or
    • Keep the entire sealed package immersed in cold water for about 1 hour, until the contents are fully softened.
  • Cooking:
    • Use scissors to cut open the front end of the package, about 3–5 mm wide (adjust according to personal preference).
    • Squeeze the fish noodles directly into boiling water or hot soup.
    • Once the fish noodles float to the surface and are fully cooked, they are ready to eat. Vegetables or soup base may be added as desired.
