Made with locally sourced pork marinated in our house-made soy glaze, soy koji, and Chinese rose wine. Paired with wine-steamed dried shrimp and rich salted egg yolk, the flavours are deep, aromatic, and balanced without being overly heavy.

Crafted with Sichuan red peppercorns, green peppercorns, and assorted chillies, slowly infused at low temperature using avocado oil as the base. Delivers layers of numbing spice, aroma, and gentle heat.


Storage Instructions

Keep frozen at or below -18°C.

Made with locally sourced pork marinated in our house-aged soy glaze, soy koji, and Chinese rose wine. Paired with wine-steamed dried shrimp, sprouted and fermented Italian mixed beans, and rich salted egg yolk baked with wine to release natural oils and aroma.

The glutinous rice is slowly stir-fried with avocado oil, our house-made five-spice blend, and dried flathead fish powder, creating layers of rice fragrance, savoury richness, and umami depth.

Each dumpling undergoes long marination and gentle seasoning. Rather than pursuing overly heavy flavours, we focus on creating a naturally rich taste that becomes more flavourful with every bite.
