建議煮法：清蒸

解凍處理：
1.從雪藏放置到冷藏格(4度)，待約8-10小時，完全軟身後便可使用。
2.放置於室溫環境下，待約4-6小時，完全軟身後便可使用。

烹調前處理：
只需打開真空袋，用廚房紙巾抺乾表面的水份，便可烹調。
為免影響鮮味，不健議用清水清洗魚身。
